Our Holocaust Survivor Support Program receives funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (‘Claims Conference’). We also help people to apply for compensation from the German Government or other authorities. Once the application is successful the Claims Conference provides the funds to JewishCare to assist and support eligible Holocaust Survivors.
Our organisation acknowledges receipt of the funds at the direction of the United States District Court supervising the lawsuit In Re: Holocaust Victim Asset Litigation (Swiss Banks).
Social services for Jewish Nazi victims have been supported by a grant from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
